Letter to the President of the Philippines

Dear Mr. President,

After the recently concluded Philippine Presidential Elections, I give you my greatest salute! It has been the heaviest pleasure leading your fellowmen. As you now accept the responsibilities being the President, please do open your eyes to this message from this simple high school student.
Be ready, for as you accept the lives of the Filipinos, you will also be facing the problems of the society, widen your vision as you find solutions. It's now the time for you to prove yourself to everyone. Listen to the cry of the poor, the shout of the youth, and to the voices of workers. Open your heart, mind, and soul for a better leadership but make sure that it's only for the good side. Never let the dark air take you in, for you are the hope we are waiting for. Hear people's pieces of advice, but immediately trust someone. Focus like how a soldier shoot his weapon to the enemies and stop the unending war in Mindanao. Prioritize what people need most: education and occupation. Stop corruption as you promised during campaigns. Not only that but implement also platforms that you have planned.
It's your time now. Take your parents as your inspiration. Never throw away people's expectations. Always remember that we are always here, ready to cooperate. And never ever forget the Almighty God, the source of everything.
*Choose the best leaders as your companions in uplifting the lives of the Filipinos.
